1 Overview
AddiesArtWork ("the App") is a drawing education app developed for iPhone and iPad. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The App is designed to function entirely on your device without sending any information to external servers or third parties.
2 Information We Do Not Collect
AddiesArtWork does not collect any of the following:
- Personal identification information (name, email, address)
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Location data
- Usage analytics or behavioral data
- Crash reports sent to third-party services
- Drawings, sketches, or artwork created in the App
- Photos imported from your library
3 Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The App stores the following data locally on your device only, using iOS standard storage (UserDefaults and the app's Documents directory):
- Lesson completion status and scores
- Daily streak and XP progress
- Photos you import for tracing (stored in the app's private Documents folder)
- Drawings you save within the app
This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data permanently.
4 Photo Library Access
The App requests access to your photo library only when you choose to import a photo for tracing. This permission is used solely to allow you to select an image. Photos are stored privately within the app's local Documents folder and are never uploaded or shared.
You can revoke photo library access at any time in Settings → Privacy → Photos on your device.
When you use the "Save to Photos" feature, the App requests permission to save your finished drawing back to your photo library. This is a one-way write operation only.
5 Third-Party Services
AddiesArtWork does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising networks, or data brokers. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or payment processors.
6 Children's Privacy
AddiesArtWork is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages, including children. Because the App collects no personal data whatsoever, it complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple's guidelines for apps directed at children.
Parents and guardians can allow children to use the App with confidence that no personal information is collected or transmitted.
7 Data Security
Since all data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's built-in security features including passcode, Face ID, and Touch ID. We have no servers, no databases, and no access to your data.
8 Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
